Seller was great, fast shipping, The issue I have is completely with the Merrell company, who has made the shoe less arch supportive, narrowed the toe box, and in this version of the Encore shoe, now lining it with a VERY thin shearling/other mix, which makes a HUGE difference in the life of the lining, comfort, fit, and warmth of the shoe.
I am keeping them anyway because in spite of the not great changes, I know that it is nearly impossible to find this product now even with this standard of quality. I believe the shearling liner in the latest version(5) is faux, which offers none of the advantages of genuine shearling.
