Solgar B12 A must for a foggy head .
Brilliant Quality ,Solgar B12 sublingual nuggets are a must for mental health as it absorbs into the blood stream ,tablet form do NOT .they go straight through the digestive track doing little or no good at all so make sure you get sublingual they dissolve under the tongue for maximum absorption and have a pleasant taste great help for that horrid fog in the head .

I can 100% recommend this product fantastic for gut health and immune system both myself & hubby have taken it for 4 years now on the advise of our Grandson who is a sports nutricianist touch wood we have never ailed a day since we ar both speedily approaching 70 .
