Sluggish and inaccurate operations

Very slow and sluggish for a new laptop. When I sent an email, it took forever and the blue circle kept going round, buffering? When I copied something and pasted, it pasted something totally different. Whein I try to log in to hotmai, there is this bright image that appears and blocks my view so I cannot see what I am typing, ridiculous. Total rubbish waste of money
