Transmeta Processor
2 of 2 found this helpful Sorry to say it, but I don't rate the Transmeta processor. I've used a sony vaio laptop with one and compared to the pentium version it was left behind. I've used the HP Tablet with a Transmeta as well... same story. I love the idea behind the Transmeta processor and it is a feat of engineering, but when it comes to the crunch - I wouldn't touch one. They just seem so much slower than a pentium of the same speed. Sorry :-(. Regarding the Compaq tablets.. I'd start at a TC1100 Pentium 1.1Ghz with 512MB or better. Checking the reviews the Motion Tablets come out very well - and they are very good.... Personally I just have something for the Compaq Slates though :-)

Very insightful book that lifts the lid on nutrition
I saw a PDF version of this book and just found myself reading and reading, until I realised it was dark outside....
The book covers many areas. All give a fascinating insight in to how the body works & how we can best help our bodies to naturally gain optimal health. What you think of as normal now....may not be in the best interest of your body !
One chapter explains how the body naturally digests different types of food differently, and the consequences of eating more than one type at a time (ie Carbohydrate, Protein, Fat). It all makes sense, but in todays worlds where we eat carbohydrate & protein at the same time eg Chicken sandwich, it makes you wonder whether eating the bread and chicken separately would be better ????
I would highly recommend using Amazon's LOOK INSIDE feature to have a look. Then buy it where ever is cheapest. I got mine from EBay.
Very insightful book on Nutrition. BUY IT NOW you will be amazed !
