Overall a good product.

If the colour is dark red then it's difficult to see the water level as you're filling it and if you're using the steam setting the water doesn't last long before needing refilling. Minor points but the difficulty in seeing the water level can be annoying when a little bit of thought would have solved it. That's why I've only given it 4 stars. Good product though, does the job well and built to last. My last Rowenta lasted 30 years! Sort the niggles out and it would make a good product into a great product. I'd recommend it.
