    The cups were as described, however 3 of the 4 cups arrived broken. Delivery was within a reasonable time. Unfortunately there just needed to better packaging. 2 thumbs up for the good customer service. The seller was very quick to reply back about the situation and refunded me immediately. I cannot in all fairness rate this completely negative. The bottom line is mistakes/accidents happen.
