Firstly, wrong item received. Seller said there was a 'mix up' with parcels and another buyer had decided to keep mine! No offer to help rectify the mistake, just asked to open an INAD case and return it. Had to escalate things further and get Ebay to force a refund as nothing received within the timeframe. Not impressed.
