  Parts missing. Seller giving me runaround. Ebay return system is unfathomable and doesn't work as per ebay's instructions. If this is the case going forward, buyers have no recourse if item is faulty.This is the only way I can see to report a bad seller. I have to forget any chance of a refund. Seller making every excuse possible. Avoid!
