I do agree it took longer than it should have. Unfortunately, the longer time it took was out of my control. I gave the package to the post office within 24 hours of the purchase. The post office had it held at one of their locations for multiple days for some reason.

The head was not broken and the wings were never glued on. All photos that I posted showed every angle of the item and I always post if there is a defect. This one had none. If something happened to the item during shipping, it was out of my control. In my listing I always say to contact me if there is a problem and I can try and fix it with you. I was never contacted about this item coming like it did.
