Best eyebrow pencil.
I have used this excellent product since 1960! It was the best eyebrow product on the market. Sadly Maybelline dropped it. Multiple comments from others also back up my opinion. Now I have resorted to buying on the internet wherever I can find it. So sad that Maybelline dropped this product.
