  Pillowcases were advertised as brand-new, but they definitely weren’t as there were hairs on the inside and the outside. Lovely quality but disappointed as not as described. Seller tried to pretend the hairs had somehow got there during handling, but there was a curled up hair on the inside flap of the pillowcase that would only get there from use. She refused to give me a partial refund which I thought was a fair offer from me.
