Excellent Value
This is a good deal as these are 100 mg capsules. It is important to check the dosage when ordering these products. I had been using 25 mg previously. These work better as I take 2 per day (200 mg total). This supplier always delivers good quality, new products. It arrived right away.

Good For Anyone
I take the GNC Prenatal formula with iron as my regular multi-vitamin. It has proper amounts of iron and iodine that I need in my diet. I have a history of a sluggish thyroid which I have (thank goodness) been able to manage WITHOUT prescription medication so it is important I supplement with iodine which is lacking in the American diet. I also like the levels of other nutrients in this formula.
