excellent product
On receipt of the product which was very quick from ordering, I opened the box and was dismayed to only find a leaflet with brief instructions and a code list, however, I inserted the batteries and to my great surprise it operated the YouView unit I had bought it for with no setting up to do at all. Later I tuned it to the television so to use as one unit which was reasonably easy to do. Needless to say I am well impressed.
