An exciting cookbook that delivers.

This is a lovely recipe book for vegetable dishes. There is plenty of variety and although some of the ingredient lists seem long the actual making of the dishes is easy so long as you have everything ready to hand. There are great ideas and substitutions for using different veggies. A lot of use is made of herbs and spices. All in all, this book makes you want to try out the recipes.
