  Item was dispatched 2 weeks after purchase but no explanation as to why, it eventually arrived 2 weeks late. Delivered by a completely different courier than stated so incorrect tracking details so unable to track progress. All worked out in the end & arrived ok. A positive feedback given but communication needs to be implemented & advise buyers if there's going to be a late dispatch or a change in courier & tracking details in the future. Happy selling
