Simple to use - no frustrating frills and decent sized buttons/screen for the older and less agile fingers.

Could be better
Ideal for thick items e.g. leather belt but tines are not sharp enough to manage lighter weight materials e.g. felt of thin card.

Small balls for tiny dogs
Size wise these were great for my small dog but they were so hard compared to a tennis ball that he would not use them. The outer layer is supposed to be kind to teeth but was easily destroyed.
Overall disappointed
