Poor quality product
0 of 3 found this helpful Product arrived in a bubble wrap bag. Mugs seemed to be dirty/muddy in appearance. Contacted the company which stated that this is normal and that to compensate they would ship new mugs. The second set arrived in a box but were even worse with scratches, dark spots, and more of the dirty looking sheen. Style is true to photo above but quality and finish is poor. 2.5 stars for mugs themselves and 3.5 for prompt service but without truly resolving issue.
