  Really unhappy bought 2 expensive rings, posted at different times, one I’m waiting for a full refund as had to return it , the second one I haven’t received, I’ve found the whole experience stressing spent £1300 and haven’t got my money or the rings 😭😢😡

  Buyer received a full refund for items any delays in processing returns were due to eBay not me, I have a no returns policy but happily accepted the returns without question, I could not have done anymore to help buyer in this case, negative feedback was not deserved 😢
