The compound slide is superbly made, a credit to the maker. Having an engineering background I can be somewhat critical but in this case the praise is desrved. Fits well on the cross slide, moves well and is accurate. Unlike many machines & accessories I have bought in recent years, I did not need to do anything to it in order for it to work. Excellent value. Highly recommended.
