Nice looking product but my controller did not work

HDMI input did not work but VGA input was ok
2 of 2 found this helpful On my unit the HDMI input seemed to give unsynchronised video when connected directly to the Raspberry Pi HDMI output.
The display worked fine with an HDMI to VGA converter connected between the Raspberry Pi HDMI output and the VGA input of the interface board (viz photos).

Nice screen but poor user interface and battery storage
The unit has an excellent display screen with a standard Windows 10 graphical user interface which seems to work correctly. The audio works well.
After a full charge the battery appears to discharge after shutting down using the standard Windows 10 power off button. I found that the unit has to be connected to its charger in order to be able to switch on.
- I found the Windows 10 user interface very difficult to use with the touch screen. Many of the screen icons in Windows Explorer are minute (2mm x 2mm) on this screen.
