They proactively offered to send me a better, more expensive replacement at no extra cost. Communication throughout was prompt, helpful, and courteous.   Used paddle board. I was really surprised how quick the postage was 3 days from winning the bid to being in Jersey channel Islands. The bluefin voyage board was really well packed it was just like getting a new one. The paddle board was exactly as described and still smelt new. I used it for the first time today Saturday the 23rd may really pleased with its stability and sturdiness lots of interest from passers by. excellent value for money.

  I am always cautious when buying on ebay. This was my first auction too. The advert said the sup condition was B+, but from the photos I couldn’t see any problems apart from a few cosmetic marks. Happy with the process and the product. Would recommend this seller.
