It good but can bw better
First off it a really good product I use many of this item and it work fine but the only downfall of this product os that sometime the item quality or the Gear Body Exercise Simulation is not strong enough to feel the sensation.

Make the best of it
It not bad protect you just have to put in the work. I only wear it when I'm going to do a long distance run or when I'm cleaning around the house. It not bad.
