Not as Advertised
Ordered these in past and brilliant as expected my chinchillas love them but this time it arrived in a plastic bag no cardboard backing and unbranded!?
On opening it was clear why this is not the authentic product as I pushed the pastille in the carrot snapped in two exposing sharp sticks like cocktail sticks in the centre holding it together!
I was horrified to think my animals could have injured themselves had it have snapped in their cage - texture was like cardboard not at all the usual product! Mass produced and will not be ordering again!!
