Light-hearted, enjoyable game for all ages
This is a very light-hearted, enjoyable game suitable for all ages (over about 8). The rules are easy to learn, there is a certain amount of skill, but also the fun element of unpredictable good and bad fortune.
The game itself is well-produced, sturdy, with very attractive artwork. And there is an extension pack to add further possibilities and complications.

Wise, inspiring and comforting
A beautifully written book about the last years of life, arising out of a wish to face and think about the certainty of death.
Though he has spent much of his life within the Church of England, Richard Holloway departs in a major way from conventional Christian thinking about what happens after death. He meditates on this theme from a very personal and questioning standpoint, which could appeal to people of many different religious views or none.
I found it a wise, inspiring and comforting book, and have given copies to elderly friends who have also enjoyed reading it.
