Hasn’t been as effective as my previous brand
2 of 3 found this helpful Ordered this because my usual brand was unavailable and it says it definitely contains maritime pine extract, rather than ‘pine extract’ which isn’t necessarily the ideal source of pycnogenol. My hot flushes and other symptoms worsened so I’ve gone back to my previous brand.

Ideal for straining yogurt
1 of 1 found this helpful This cheesecloth has a very open weave compared to previous ones I’ve used, but when folded into four, it strains my home-made yogurt very well. I’d wondered if the fragile cotton threads would break, but the cheesecloth is standing up to use - and frequent washing - very well.
