  Very professional Sellers. Part of my order was damaged on arrival. Contacted the Sellers and asked for a part refund so that I could order a replacement part. They proffered sincere apologies and issued a refund immediately with no stressful haggling. Incredibly another EBay seller was selling just the replacement seat part I needed from the same model rollator for the same amount of money refunded to me! I’m really pleased and relieved.   The seller has been very helpful in trying to locate and resend my item it s taken time but hope they find it and get the right address not my po box
