  Very professional Sellers. Part of my order was damaged on arrival. Contacted the Sellers and asked for a part refund so that I could order a replacement part. They proffered sincere apologies and issued a refund immediately with no stressful haggling. Incredibly another EBay seller was selling just the replacement seat part I needed from the same model rollator for the same amount of money refunded to me! I’m really pleased and relieved.
