Good idea
Have only used it once so far and my elderly father hasn't quite got used to it. Found it more helpful for getting out of the car than into it.

Is much too wide.
It in no way fits my Brabantia sleeve board - it is too wide & I have had to sew the edges together to give a tight fit. My board is many years old - possibly the dimensions have changed since it was made.

Not for ceramic hobs.
I have only used it twice. After the first use I found that it had left marks that looked like scratches that corresponded to (very sharp) ridges on the base of the pan on my ceramic hob. I am reluctant to use it again.
The non-stick worked very well.
The pan is quite lightweight, although the glass lid is fairly heavy.
