The Wii's Achilles heel..
1 of 1 found this helpful I really love the concept of the Wii, and the imaginative new input devices created for it - regrettably, even the genuine Nintendo versions are very unreliable, sometimes completely refusing to link up to the Wii, and the nunchuck's connection to the Wiimote is too flimsy to withstand any action, which is, allegedly, what the Wii was meant to have been designed for in the first place.
I spent £25 on a used Wii with Wiimote and Nunchuck - I've spent a lot more than that since, trying to get together a couple of working wiimotes and nunchucks - but most of the used ones, whether in shops or on eBay, are faulty.
Brilliant idea - terrible execution...!
