  I had issues with postage that weren’t entirely the fault of the seller, due to incorrect postage put on the package at the post office. I was able to contact them quickly and they responded swiftly, but other than pointing out it was the post office’s fault there was no real resolution. Not the best or most helpful interactions I’ve had with a seller but not terrible either: Responded quickly and fairly nice, but didn’t resolve anything or offer to cover the additional costs incurred on my end
