great album with all the lyrics written by layne staley. this was a side project for each member of the band. this is the only album they released. all musicians in this band were either going thru drug rehab at the time or had just completed their rehab. all the songs are written about the pain of drug addiction. most songs are relaxing and smooth. almost jazzy. great album to relax to or to sit and think about things to. you cant go wrong with this one.

things we lost in the fire
excellent movie. this is one of those movies that have great actors in it. the type of movie that you are not even aware that they are acting. it draws you into the story and the pain that each character faces. i highly recommend this one.
