  record arrived with the seams of the outer cover split 'send me photos' then he tries to make out I did it myself opening the package and calls me a liar AVOID !

  You were never called a liar. A full refund was given. I was never thanked for this. The record was tightly packed in a specialised Music Max Mailer complete with an additional 6mm stiffener board. The record was also within a thick polythene sleeve. There is no way the record could move about and cut the record sleeve as shown in your photograph. Your negative feedback is unfair. You are not a nice buyer to deal with.
