  Dreadful seller. I bought the item full price on 'buy it now', and attempted to contact the seller many times to arrange collection and had zero response. This left me out of pocket for a couple of weeks. As I was very keen to have the item, I eventually raised a dispute with eBay so that the seller would be alerted a different way and we could hopefully arrange collection. After zero response, I was given an automatic refund. Avoid.
