  Returned my shirt stating it smelled like fabric softener but I purchase clean products so I don’t wash them. The customer said since I had “washed it in fabric softener”, the shirt was “destroyed since it had UV protection.” Upon receipt, the shirt didn’t have a smell at all. The shirt is pre-owned as stated and doesn’t show any signs of wear, as stated.
