  This seller is an absolute pleasure to communicate with. The parcel was lost in transportation and when messaged, the seller was extremely helpful and communicated everytime something happened in regards to finding it (unfortunatly it wasnt recovered). They were very informative, understanding and pleasant to talk to, and also couldnt apologise enough for the issue. Would highly recommend this seller just for their honesty, time and effort.
