it just does the job it meant for
It works on sock fabric etc but cycling gloves it not as good, So for the Hand knitted or crochet slipper socks or slipper socks that are losing their grip this is prefect as for anything else. I would look for something else

Only if you Know Yoga
It explains the why and why not to a point , but never say check with your GP etc
I wouldn't recommend for any cures they can help to ease some of the pain but its not a cure at all
