Haven't received it yet actually more than 2 months already why sell this product if you don't plan to deliver it ..my grandson was disappointed

Fifty fifty advantage
Didn't feel a substantial improvement feels like it only cushions about 15 to 20 percent plus I didn't understand the written instructions on one end of the item I hope it loosens up with usage time installed it without instructions so far so good

Very satisfied and recommend it to anyone
Your skin tends to cling to the armrest even after washing it with a damp soapy cloth which was recommended I question that advice but it did not help much what can I do so my skin does not going to the armrest send second question but no reply otherwise very satisfied with the product just please ianswer my question what do I do to stop my skin going into the armrest thank you I give the product A+ rate except for that minor issue I noticed also the handle is somewhat loose I hope the handle won't fall off that's a mayor component of a recliner please advise if this is ok or a sign the handle will come completely disengaged
