Simple Prayer
Lamott explains that nothing more than a simple "help" is needed to communicate with your God/source/higher power.
Lovely spiritual content delivered in a direct and humorous manner.

Whether you are a musician, dancer, painter, script writer or are not sure where your talents lie, this is a way to open up and explore yourself.

The Artist's Way, unlocking the artist in you
I have just started the intensive suggested 12 week program through The Artist's Way, and am enjoying it and I believe benefitting from it. I love the discipline and dedication to "morning pages".
