    I ordered two neutral colour sets the rocking horse ones. However seller decided to not check the context and one teddy bear is pink and the other is grey/cream both new babies are boys. I contacted the seller asking for a partial refund but they ignored me and told me to send the whole thing back when I need them for the weekend really bad service when it’s your fault for the issue so don’t recommend this seller! Look elsewhere. As a full time working carer I don’t have time to send things back

    We asked the buyer to return the item for a refund or exchange which the they refused to do in a rude manner and as stated in their feedback " I don’t have time to send things back".
