Ideal for cooking full meals.
I can recommend the halogen cooker and do so to everyone I meet. It is ideal for one person or a family. Instead of using a conventional cooker oven and wasting fuel, you can cook everything with the halogen oven as it serves the same function. I have used a halogen oven every day for well over 10 years and use it every day for cooking full meals on a plate. You control the temperature and timer and can see exactly how the food is doing. The bowl is easy to wash too.

Excellent value for money.
Easy to take as tablets are small, but deliver nutrients which helps with joint stiffness, arthritis and general health.

Easy to cut and install
Excellent for outside walls. Easy to cut and install. Slips well behind the radiators and quite thick, so should reflect heat back into the room. Little sticky attachments not ideal, but have used masking tape to keep the foil in place.
