  After receiving Txt, that item “expected” to arrive on Saturday (3 day from Order) This was then followed by 2 more Txt eg “on its way/despatched” + ”expected to arrive by Saturday” The arrival of item at collection point, was at 11:30am on Monday. Item was well packed & addressed. Collection point was smooth operation.

  Item sent is defective mechanic had suspicions as soon as he saw the box then went on to fit and program in and it would not stop stalling, I even checked with DENSO and they believe it to be a fake item. I have requested a refund from seller and messaged them and had NOTHING back, this is a £20 part disguised as a genuine part, customer service was ok until I received then they fell off the planet.
