I contacted seller 2x to get it on the last day of estimated arrival time. eBay should offer a 5 point rating scale to better capture the nuances of consumer experiences.

Additionally, the rugs I received were EVEN nicer than the photos. Really great quality, so if you're on the fence, pull the trigger on this seller, it will be worth it quality wise.

The rugs are honestly represented (I wish the photos were higher quality, but not a big deal as long as I'm not trying to exactly match shades). Not premium quality, but a very good deal for the price. Always well packaged and arrive on time (usually toward the end of the estimated window). I'll continue to check this seller first when I have specific rug needs!

This was my first time bidding with this seller, and I will definitely be back for more. Shipping did take a couple weeks, but after reading other reviews, I was prepared for that. I honestly didn’t care how long it took, because this rug is such great quality, and I got it at such a value price! Rug is just as described, and the packaging assured it arrived safely and undamaged.
