Ridgid 18v Batteries: Good valve, Shipping could have been quicker but acceptable.

Uneven cooking, control feels cheap
The design causes the pan to have hot and cold spots so food does not not cook evenly. The temperature control feels cheap but does work. It has a lot of "play" or "looseness." Would have given only one star but removal of the pan is very nice and clean up is very easy.

Seems okay
Seems okay so far. Getting it connected took some doing even though they send some very substandard and plastic fittings. But only one trip needed to the hardware store to get necessary fittings. Instruction manual needs work and needs ENLARGING! Very hard to read. The manual states that the unit IS NOT intended for fixed installation but their advertising shows FIXED installations and all the great wonderful things you can do with the unit. I suspect the statement was for insurance and legal purposes.
