I live in both NW Arkansas & Midcoast Maine. I’m a painter potter & sculptor & owned a teaching clay studio & gallery for 7 years. I love books, birds, cats, rocks, sea glass and shells. I am a news junkie and support women’s education specifically through PEO. My husband Jeff and I are faithful Episcopalians. We support gay and transgender rights, and work for ability inclusion & racial and economic justice. For now I’m full time caregiver for my 80 year old mother.

Helps with cat/cow!
I’ve got bits of my meniscus floating around so need extra padding for knees. This pad allows you to transition better between asanas because you can move to down dog and still have good grip under your hands and feet. Purple color is lovely.
