    Soon as I paid I got his information to send the pump out. Soon as he got pumped he rebuilt it and sent it back. I got the pump on but, it refused to start. I contacted him and he wrote me right back with his number to contact him. Finally I got fuel but I still have a problems getting it to start. I contacted him again and he told me how to fix the problem which I did now the tractor is running perfectly fine,he's probably one of the best eBay persons on here
