  Firstly, this is not negative FB disguised as neutral. In fact it’s more positive only, the item has not arrived and this is NOT the fault of the seller. Communications have been quick, polite, reasonable and fair. The issue lies with Royal Mail and their apparent incompetence at being able to deliver (or possibly even locate) my package. Untracked service used so, no way of knowing. Feels unfair to request refund for price paid, I can swallow the loss. It may still arrive but after 12 days?
