Another great album from Ulrich Schnauss

A few years ago I came across the track 'On my own' from Ulrich's second album and knew I'd found aomething special however, it wasn't until recently that I decided to find out what other music he makes. This album was released a couple of years ago and continues with his slightly dancy, yet ethereal and chilled sound which is inspiring and satisfying. I still don't know how he manages to get so much sound into one mix without it sounding like a huge mess but he has done it again. I would particularly recommend 'the magic in you' from this album which has a slightly nostalgic sound and enough progression for me to feel like I could listen to it over and over again without getting bored. This is synthetic music at its best.

Works, but not well.

Bought as I was getting a lot of interference coming through my USB speakers. Upon initial boot after installing this my machine through a blue screen. On the second attempt it booted and there were no problems with blue screens after. Unfortunately, despite NEC being known for producing the best chipset for USB cards, I got more interference through my speakers than before when connected through the card. Worse still, no drivers are supplied with the card and the drivers which Windows 10 installs for it are unstable and cause a great amount of latency on the system - so much so that games became unplayable and audio/video would temporarily free. Upon removing this card from my machine these issues ceased to exist. I may have had a different experience had I been using an older version of Windows however I have no intention of rolling back. Unfortunately this product did not suit my needs.
