The item did not get dispatched. Ordered and paid 8th October. Sent 2 messages asking to confirm a dispatch date, as the dispatch window of 11-16/10 had lapsed. Still No response. Have had to ask ebay to intervene on 17/10. Now have to wait until 23/10 before ebay step in. I don't mind a delay as long as I'm aware. Zero response or communication is just terrible customer management.
