front top arm repair kit

these i use for the MG TF front upper arms as they are the same item , the bearings arent the original make for the MG but sizes are exactly the same , refurbed a few for friends now , mine went through 2 MOT`s , so fitted year now . The arms are easy to remove , but the inner bearings are needing removal with an internal bearing remover, reinstall , leave the bearings in the freezer overnight and when it comes time to insert into the arms put the arms in the oven at about 80 degrees for 10 mins , this will enable the bearings to be inserted a lot easier, the main bolt will be tight to insert , but will go in , when everything together remember to grease the grease nipple up till it starts coming from around the rubber seal

The car it was going on is a fiat 500l and not in the list as to cars it fits. But because the specs were on the listing , I was able to cross reference. Quality is spot on and fit exactly and are much better at stopping now
