  Packaging was terrible/non-existent, but the product arrived somehow functional and as described, so I still give five-stars. Three expensive docking stations bouncing around together loose in a large box. At least add crumpled newspaper or bubble wrap. The price is good, the quality of the product is good, and I'd buy again from this vendor after messaging asking that they are going to bubble wrap before shipping.

  Horrid seller. This seller taped the top of the box up where the handle is. This caused a weeklong delay; package couriers had to carry a 5ft, 20lb soundbar around with no handle. He also sent it through USPS. It took forever to arrive, and it’s badly scratched. He lied about inspecting it. Then, when I showed him the marks he claimed he mixed up the order. After requesting a full refund, he accused me of scratching it myself, and that I only requested a refund once I did so. Awful experience.
