Even with all the 'fragile' tape on the outside of the box and bubble wrap and polystyrene packing inside 😞. Putting her glass bowl inside the plastic one separated by bubble wrap and packed away from the body of the mixer may have prevented this! Other than that the mixer was just as expected and will be back in service very soon 😀

Great vac - lightweight and efficient
Love this vac, lightweight and good suction, easy to empty. Only bugbears with it are a) the tools constantly fall off when using the vac and b) One end of the hose hangs loose when not in use so it flops around all over the place & drags on the floor. Surely it wouldn't have cost much more to put a clip of some sort on the vac to hold it in place?? Seems good otherwise after 2 months of use.
